What you will learn

• Configure motorised zoom, varifocal, aspherical and fixed lenses
• Configure and programme digital and analogue recording devices
• Wire and connect video distribution amplifiers
• Set up a range of colour, monochrome, day/night and dome cameras
• Connect and set up amplifiers using coaxial cable
• Install and maintain video over CAT5 cabling
• Configure an IP/Network CCTV solution
• Run cable properly and terminate cable with connectors RG59, URM70, RG11, CT125, twisted pair, fibre and CAT5
• Use test equipment effectively
• Save hours in the field by hands-on training in the Tavcom workshop
